“The play yesterday afternoon was great! The acting was superb! Definitely a tearjerker (and I’m not usually a softy). I thoroughly enjoyed it and have told a few friends about it in hopes that they’ll be able to come out and support as well. Can’t wait for the next production!”

“IAP is a fantastic new company here in Atlanta. Their opening production of Title of Show was excellent musical theatre and it put them on the map as one of the top up and coming theatre companies in town. My favorite part of the company is that are so welcoming in allowing new and professional artists opportunities to perform in their cabaret shows. I had an awesome time working with them! Go see their shows and get involved!”

“I saw for colored girls who consider suicide when the rainbow is enuff. My god this was an EXCELLENT production!! I fell in love with the book back in college. I wrote a term paper about its widespread effect within the black community. Tyler Perry’s movie didn’t do it justice. This performance was EVERYTHING!!! The actresses threw themselves into the roles. My favorites were the Lady in Red & Lady in Blue. I loved the diversity and that the director actually worked with Ntozake Shange to ensure it was impactful and modern. Every prop had a purpose. Everything was great. My only complaint is that the performance is not available digitally or on DVD so that I can watch it over and over again. Keep up the good work!”

“It was a great time! One of the best productions of “For Colored Girls…” that I’ve seen in a very long time! The entire ensemble is fantastic and deal with the content aptly. The addition of modern music and dance is a delight; treat yourself and go see this production post haste!!”

“This play was phenomenal. The women did an excellent job. I laughed, I cried, I had a good time! The setting was intimate. Located in the back of a coffee shop. Parking was only $3 on a Thursday night. Definitely a must-see!”
